Regretfully many of them have since passed to their eternal reward- those include: Peter Keenan Snr, Rupert Masterson, Paddy Devlin, Paddy Farrell of Carrickmoira, Bernie Murray, Vincent Daly, Tom Costello and many others. Michael and Raymond Connell, who have been of great assistance from start to finish, collected much of the material contained in this volume.
