It was used during the Ceremonies,and contains the Mayor's address, the Freedom of the City Ceremony, description of the scroll of Freedom, and the gifts given to the President of the Royal Tara Rose Bowl, Galway Crystal Punch Bowl, and Claddagh Ring.
